Therapeutic Groups and Social Skills

New groups starting in January!

AOWL Therapy Services offers individual and group services for individuals. Our focus is to provide each individual an opportunity to participate in unique experiences for personal growth and wellness. Our dedicated team has developed therapeutic groups to address the needs of our community. Groups will rotate on an 8-week offering and will target areas to increase the skill development of each individual, while offering connection and support.

All groups are led by Sunni Myers, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 4 years of clinic experience and expertise in mental health counseling adults and children, depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related learning difficulties.

**We are pleased to announce that our Therapeutic Groups are now covered by most major insurance providers.
